This thing is such a mess that it is really impossible to know who to believe.

The only thing we really know is this is a completely fricked up family and Woody definitely played a part in that. Although his relationship to Soon-Yi doesn't convict him of child molestation, it proves that he was quite a creep and the possibility of him molesting children isn't out of the question.
