Family of Woman Who Led Cops on Capitol Car Chase Suing Police

Would love to see Obama comment on this.
So the police aren't supposed to try and apprehend someone that rams the white house security gate, flees the scene, drives erratic and not to mention almost ran over several security guards.

look, just b/c they say "$75 million", doesn't mean they would get anywhere near that. the big number just creates problems, which is why La prohibits ad damnum clauses in pleadings.
