Why do people so frequently get on this board and tell a bunch of Southerners about what is common in the South?
My father was born and raised in Louisiana, just like his father, and his father's father, and so on. I've lived most of my life in Texas and Louisiana as well. I've never heard those terms used commonly in a work environment or between people who don't know each other extremely well.
