If you are on an iPhone, you do that by clicking the home and power button at the same time.
If on computer, you hold ctrl and then hit "print screen" button, normally at the top right of your keyboard somewhere.

Are you viewing from a work computer? If so, your server filters may be blocking the image. We use barracuda and I know it blocks images from photobucket.
