And my single biggest complaint on the concept of lockdown as taught for active shooters, stay in your room and hide under your desk. So the shooter can get lots of you all in a confined area for a big kill count. I told my kids to get the hell out and run. Just imagine 500 kids running every direction and screaming at the top of their lungs. How many could someone realistically hit? Don't get me started on the DHS film that advises going after the shooter with a stapler.
