It would be impossible for anyone to review even a fraction of the information that gets collected. All you could hope to see would be the conclusions other humans had drawn from the information. And we know those conclusions have been flawed on many occasions. To me the coolest bit about this fantasy would be learning how our government was collecting information rather than the information itself.

Speaking from personal experience, classifying information was done to protect the source(s) of the information rather than to prevent disclosure of the information. The information was frequently available from open sources, but the reliability of the information lacked bona fides.
