Yeah they're easy to trick, and many spots to hide until they leave and then go about your business.

I did the left room first, hustled to the right room and then hustled back out into the main room and around the middle platform to the left and waited for him to go into the room with the lockers and snuck behind him into the door he came from to enable the last of the three.
Once you enable that one, hide in the closet until he leaves and follow him out. The last part was the hardest for me, I couldn't get it timed correctly. Took me 2-3 times.
