Go read Freakonomics or SuperFreakonomics (can't remember which one)...

In it there is a chapter on a study on sick time usage done on a large Italian bank where the results showed that women took a significant amount more sick time and funnily enough, took sick days pretty regularly in 28-day cycles.

Point being, women work less, thus they get paid less.

and most of the time they are perfectly ok...they know they won't be questioned by male bosses about their menstrual cycle.

In all of my adult working life, I have never had female coworkers stay home because of their period.

Bunch of idiots in here, to be expected.

Oh and men and women have same rules when it applies to sick days and PTO... excluding the whole giving birth thing, which is a little important I would think.
