So you watch their whole time at the gym?



How do you know that they aren't doing light cardio after doing lots of weight training?


Or that they didn't already do a tougher workout earlier that day?

This.

I used to work out religiously, but got busy with other things and wasn't able to work out consistently for about 3 months, maybe 4. I'm finally back at it again, but was only able to lift maybe half of what I used to...so to some, it may look like half assing it...but I'm not. You don't know anyone else's circumstances.

As far as I'm concerned, as long as they practice proper gym etiquette, they can do their entire workout with 5 lbs weights. I don't care.
