Lots of banks do this but mostly local ones...I happen to bank at OIB and that interest rate is

Bancorp South sucks. I had a business account with them years ago.
I've used Regions and Iberia Bank for years. Both are good. Regions has great technology and I liked them a little better for personal banking. Iberia Bank blows everybody away for business banking. There's nobody close IMO.
