One thing to keep in mind is that he is not currently a student athlete under NCAA regulation. I'm not an attorney but work in a industry that is highly regulated and many compliance issues are based on when it started in order to determine if its a violation. I find it no coincidence that this happened before NSD. NCAA can't regulate a business his parents chose to start before he became a student athlete. He is receiving no illegal benefits from the school or anyone. It's no different than his parents owning a meat market and putting GEAUX Tigers in the window and LSU fans buying more from them bc of it. If they did this after NSD then the NCAA might try and make a claim but I think it would be very difficult. As long as this business continues to operate in its simplest form as a we produce a product that people buy I don't think anything will come of it.
