That was in ATL. If Panic needed a gig in the NE at the time the roles would've been reversed.

I'd say WSP is doing pretty well for having one of their founding members die 12 years ago. They still tour nationally in some of the best venues in the US, headline multiple festivals, acknowledge other leaders in the music industry by letting them play with them, and still having a huge, non-snobby fanbase.

I'll grant you that. In fact, Panic did open for Phish in Connecticut in 1990.

If we are doing specifics yeah there are some snobs. As there is in every fan base. But 95% of the crowd is just there to get fricked up and have a good time, not compare and complain this song from that song.

More like WSMFP was the Kenny Banya to Phish's Jerry, coasting along on his laugh wave.

I hope not. They should keep it as the greatest one-timer ever played.

Alabama Getaway would be an obvious choice, as would Wharf Rat. I doubt anything happens though. They have played on 8.1 before.

True that. Whenever there is a ton of potential for sit ins or bust outs they rarely acknowledge it.

Cities in OM was a great choice though
