Thanks to Johnny Jones the LSU BB team is on the way back and its resurgence may be sooner not later. This team is beginning to jell and believe in itself. LSU has arguably the best front line players in JOB, Mikey, and Martin. As soon as Martin becomes more comfortable, his own emergence should propel this team into the final 64. This is just the beginning ... Thanks Johnny Jones, basketball is alive and well in Baton Rouge

3 days ago this program was dead. Now it's going to be awesome.

Yeah, there's no extreme views on this board.

calm down. we played great last night, but we've had several games where we've played the complete opposite of last night.

Everybody needs to get a grip. You win 1 game over Kentucky and your all thinking about NC for this bunch of bozo's. After watching LSU for many years, I know they'll blow the next due to next game"letdown". It's only natural! Besides they've already lost to the gumps and vols.

Consistency. That has been the issue since Dean Smith left. We have had talented teams but we just can't seem to string together a consistent run.

This year is easily one of the best young talented teams we have had in years and last night proves we can win against anyone.

I like your positivity. My expectations this year is NIT. We need 21 wins to get a possible at large to the dance. I don't see this happening. The KY win was huge though & fun to watch.

Hopefully they will learn how to play more consistent. This year has been very disappointing to say the least.

Great win last night and yes the future is bright. The talent is coming and there's more local talent right here in B.R. at CJJ's son's school that almost guarantee's it keeps coming.

But let's be cautious, this team has struggled to bring consistent energy and intentsity. Let's see them show it for more than two games, then I'll buy in a bit more enthusiastically.

Geaux Tigers!

Just wondering if the people hatin on the OP for getting pumped about LSU basketball are the same who hate the fact that people aren't as pumped about LSU basketball as they were in late 70s- early 90s
