I agree with this. Humor is subjective I'm aware but I like to think I have a good sense of it and this was no where near funny. Suspend, expell, it doesn't really matter. He's just a punk douche.

There will be a time in his life that he will be very aware of what a stupid thing he did as he is reminded by anyone and everyone watching the video that he was an idiot. It will always be linked to him well beyond when he wants it to be.

When I was in high school in the football playoffs a hothead on our team punched a referee in the game. 35 years later that douchebag is still known primarily for that.
