Give me one good reason he should be expelled. He should be suspended. he did an inappropriate prank.

He didn't touch another student or cause bodily harm to another student. He didn't fight anybody. he didn't have a firearm. He didn't have drugs. He didn't threaten another student's life. These are reasons for expulsion. Not pulling a stupid, unfunny prank.
