Fact is some dimwit took a few seconds to plan a bs, tasteless, classless, prank that was done in front of family members of the other students involved. Grandmas, little sisters etc, are usually in attendance at these sorts of things. Doing something that is funny is fine. Whipping out a massive strap on, save that garbage for house parties. Nothing pious about calling a kid out of that age as being wrong.
