True enough. On the other hand Paul has more baggage that can hurt him than Obama did. Just my opinion. He'll be made out to be an extremist.

Sure he will, but he's probably more mainstream than Obama.
Obama as a Senator was pretty damn liberal, which isn't very mainstream. Paul is a mainstream Republican with some slight Libertarian leanings. He's not nearly as fringe as the media plays him to be. He's not his father, for damn sure.
