Yes it is. Repubs want someone that will bring it. Willing to tell it like it is. What he says about Bill is true by every measure. This was a shot at Hillary, be prepared to defend yourself....And I ain't holding back, signed Rand!

Women do not view Bill's affair with Monica as sexual predation because Monica, herself, never claimed it to be.

But many other women did view him as a preditor, I don't think that's up for debate..

Even if you liked him politically, the guy couldn't be a bigger piece of shite.

The worst part of the entire matter (other than his obstruction of justice) is how Bill hung Lewinsky out to dry by denying the events and then watching the media ridicule Lewinsky for many months as a publicity-seeking liar and groupie-type. He had no intention of fessing up until his DNA forced him into it, many, many months later. He was willing to let her go down in flames as a complete liar. And then Hillary piled on in not one, but two, statements to the media implying that the Republicans were behind it. If Clinton had confessed when he was first called on the carpet on it, there would have been no impeachment and it's likely the issue would have died out relatively quickly. But his willingness to make Lewinsky The Fool, The Liar and the Publicity Whore was a poor reflection on his personal ethics (the "morality" issue aside). To protect himself, he allowed her to be dragged through the mud, not for what she did, but for allegedly making up the entire story. Which of course she didn't. That was a cowardly act on his part.

As for Sen. Paul's comment today, only time will determine the wisdom, or lack thereof, in making that statement.

Just like the "plagiarism" issue, it will be distant memory by next week.

Obama's fixation on GWB must be a symptom of a greater epidemic of focusing on people who are no longer in office.

Predator doesn't have to mean she was underage. A sexual predator is one who seeks to use his position of power to intimidate/coerce those below them into sexual acts. That's predation.

In Clinton's case, that could be construed as predatory. It was definitely unprofessional and unethical.

And so goes Paul's shot at the white house.

Thanks for playing the game.

This won't affect him a bit. Won't even by remembered by 2016...many people will agree with him and be glad he had the balls to say it.

Your choices for most popular are Clinton, Bush, and Obama. That's like being the winner of the Special Olympics

Rand Paul will not get elected president. He won't even win the Republican nomination. Wall Street, The Chamber of Commerce, the Neoconservative foreign police establishment won't allow it.

The GOP loves government contracts and political favors as much as the Democrats, they just want it in different programs and ways.

Plus Rand Paul is just way to extreme for the independents who lean Republican.

I didn't say anything about the high ground. There is plenty dirt on Hillary that he can go after without bringing Bill into the conversation. Bill isn't running.

It's politics, and Rand is going to play hardball. Bill Clinton could be the worst possible type of political baggage for Hillary, she has tried to distance herself from Bill and his administration. Rand is going to drive the narrative that Hillary would not be where she is if it were not for Bill, she was a De facto part of the Clinton administration i.e. "Hillarycare", and by voting for Hillary they will be choosing to elect Bill Clinton for a third term.

without checking, I am going to go ahead and assume that predation is not a word. Anyway, what evidence do you have that Clinton intimidated anyone into sexual acts. For many women, they love men that are in positions of power. That doesn't make those men predators.

The left's hypocrisy regarding treatment of women and feminism in general is clear and exists way beyond the topic of this thread. I don't know if I'd call Clinton a predator, but there is a ubiquitous dishonesty about this topic to which most Americans have chosen to be blind.

I'm guessing most of the voting public doesn't want to see either another Bush as POTUS, or Billy Jeff wandering around in the White House in a bath robe.

If you're old enough, you might remember Billy Jeff's campaign touting the advantage of getting a POTUS plus a brainy FLOTUS. What goes around, comes around.

It is a woman's choice to have sexual relations with a man or not. She never claimed that it was anything but consensual, she was a grown woman, she can make that decision if she so chooses.

Billy Jeff can not only be the first Black President, he might be the first First Man of the US.
