I know he never played the Tigers in football home or road.

He did play at The Box, but I don't remember which year. I want to say that he played Right Field, but my memory isn't the best. Back then, LSU regularly hosted the SEC indoor track championships, and Bo ran the 60 meters. He was to this day the best athlete that I've ever seen.

He jacked one out that landed on the roof of
the student housing behind left field.... The ball was still rising as it cleared the fence

this is going to turn into one of those "were you at the Earthquake Game" threads.

I saw Bo Jackson play at the Box. He jacked one out. I was sitting in the third base side and he was batting left handed(his back was to me). He hit a moon shot to right field, over the fence. When it came down, it hit Nicholson Rd. and bounced at least 30 feet high. Bo received a standing ovation for that.

Fastest man to first base that I've ever seen. Including major leagues.

Somebody needs to track down some 80's Auburn/LSU baseball media guides so we can get to the bottom of this. Or go to the library and look through old newspaper articles.
