Different strokes I guess.
I check equities once a week or so - more out of curiosity than with any intent to re-allocate. I only do a full review and re-allocate equities once a quarter. Then again, I feel like I have another 30-40 years before retirement, so don't feel the need to get too worked up. I will see another 4-8 crashes before then.
