Man, these last 6 days, and today as well, have put a big dent in mine. Yesterday, mine was even down a 1/2 percent when the markets were ok. 
Good thing I am only 31!
ETA: My company is with Principal and I am in a 2045 Lifetime Fund.

At 31 you are going to see plenty of ups and downs. You will need to ride them out. You have pleny of time.
