We ended up getting Monday practice round tickets year. I'm so stoked. Going for my dads 70th birthday. Gonna find somewhere to play on the way up there. My dad has been before but me nor my 2 brothers have. He said it's the best thing ever to see

We've had 16 different people try the last 2 years without being picked.

Here is a link to one of balls's threads. I'm not even a big golf guy, but his pics make me want to go.

I register every year. You'll find out in early June.

I'm pretty sure you can't sell your passes. You either use them, or they go to someone else.

Tourney stuff is cheap. Augusta doesn't need your money.

My dad and I went last year on Sunday because we got free tickets and airfare from his company. It's was amazing to see, I had only been to the Zurich in New Orleans and Augusta makes that look like a cow Pastor. It is amazing seeing the top players in the world in the hunt and the course is breath taking. Every blade of grass is in place and looks gorgeous. I almost teared up seeing amen corner. If you just want to see the course and take pics go on a practice round because you can't take any pictures during the tournament. I've got some tips if you are interested

It's on my bucket list, but my bucket has a huge hole in it, so I likely won't get there.

I was very fortunate to win two Friday round passes for this year, my head nearly exploded when I got the email.

I'm extremely pumped. All you can really do is keep signing up every year. From what I understand practice round tickets are much easier to win than tournament tickets.

We stayed in a house in South Carolina. I don't know how expensive but this is a good option, as many people rent out there houses up there. You have to eat at TBonz stake house, it is amazing and has some golfers and caddies usually eating at it. We only stayed Saturday and Sunday and pretty much just went to TBonz and had fun at the house. The actual town of Augusta is run down and ghetto. Make sure to map out the parking and don't get overcharged at a business because it can be a long walk and expensive. Everyone gets a chair for Augusta but my top tip is find someone not to popular that you like and follow them. You get to see the whole course rather easily and every few holes had big grand stands that are open and provide great views so take advantage. Be prepared to walk A Lot. The course is very hilly and gets steep even though it doesn't look like it on TV. Also get a map of the course because there is a lot of cut throughs to holes that save time and it's easy to get lost

I am fortunate enough to have badges for all 4 rounds every year and have been to at least 2 rounds every year since 2004. I have said this multiple times on here, but if you ever have the opportunity to go, then absolutely go. There is no sporting experience like it and the feeling and aura of being on the grounds is indescribable. If you have questions I can answer them for you.

It'll happen, me and a couple of buddies have all won. I got 4 tickets for this years Tuesday practice round. I went on Tuesday two years ago and like everyone says, it's an amazing experience. My dad and I are going and might have two extra passes. I'm fighting the battle between giving them away or selling them and paying for the whole trip.

If I'm not mistaken you either get two, or four. I don't think there are single tickets. I'd advise going to the Masters website and signing up.

You get either up to two tournament or up to four practice round tickets.

The Masters is easily the most well run tournament/function/event I've ever been to.

I went to the Final 4 in Atlanta last year and the Tuesday/Wednesday practice rounds at the Masters right after that...I was in sports fan heaven. I doubt I'll ever have a better sports experience than that.

ETA: We won the lottery for Wednesday tickets and I heard you could buy tickets from people leaving early, so we did that on Tuesday. Got there around 11AM and bought tickets for face value around 11:30...worked like a charm.

Been to multiple practice rounds.

You have no choice but to go if you have the means. It's like punching Jesus in the dick if you don't.

ETA: It's honestly breathtaking. I was 12 years old the first time I went and I can remember being in awe of it even then (and I didn't fully understand all the intricacies of golf at the time). I seriously tear up just thinking about how gorgeous it is. It reminds me a lot of my mom and grandmother's gardens at home. It's a perfect representation of the natural beauty of Georgia and of the South. Azaleas, Dogwoods. It's paradise.
