What's bullshite about it? Cold and snow in the plains and mid ms valley during the first week of February isn't all that rare.

This morning the long-tern forecast on weather.com had snow on Feb 6 for BR. It has disappeared since then. I'm sure anything this far out is pretty unreliable. But, the vid you linked is for real, it would seem.
