From the DOTD page looks like almost all roads are open now. Wonder why the state offices jumped the gun and nearly all schools.

They thought the Ice would not melt enough with the temps barely above freezing for but a few hours... I think the school closings were a good thing... The traffic will be hard enough tomorrow without the buses and such on the road....
