I have a heart problem (faulty heart valve and irregular heart beat)and take medicine each day. 36.
I have actually been to the ER twice thinking it was an early stroke.
I'm a little over weight (10-15 ibs), workout when I can, health otherwise according to my doctor, it's just something I will live with my whole life.

How did you get diagnosed with that? At what age?

I have a valve issue as well. it's called Mitral Valve Prolapse. Like your issue it causes irregular heartbeat and sometime discomfort. From what I've been told though it's fairly common and not that big of an issue.
