Healthy male? Heart attacks are extremely uncommon for healthy people. Problem is people attach the definition of health by a person's apperance, which you can't do. There are plenty of skinny and otherwise "normal" weighted people that have heart attacks. It has little to do with the weight itself and more to do with the habits that individuals have that contribute to heart disease.
There are plenty of people that eat poorly, don't exercise, lead stressful lives but you would never know it by looking at them. Those factors all contribute significantly to heart disease.
