Not saying it's what you do or anything, but that dude looks like he had his finger on the trigger when he switched it to fire.

Mine actually was on fire and trigger wouldn't pull. Pushed against safety a few times and still didn't work. As I moved gun and was putting it back on safety to examine what te issue was it fired.
Eta: finger looked to be in front of trigger guard. Simulated on nearby rifle and that's how my hand positioned
