Go to Picadilly on Government St. around lunchtime. On weekdays, a living blues legend by the name of Henry Gray plays there a few days a week. He has played with EVERYONE who is anyone in Blues. He just sits at his little piano and plays a few songs and sings. Dude's 89 years old, and still got it.
