Serious question ... how exactly do you get this message out to your employees? IMO, it is something they need to be warned about ... but, it will come across as political or doom/gloom.

The Dems have bitten off more than they can chew, and we're all gonna suffer from it. At least when we're all trying to get a Dr appointment, we can commiserate in our shared suffering.
