Latino Review dug up this message board post from NeoGaf, checked it out, and deemed it credible enough to share – while cautioning it could still all be totally false. And we are resharing it for the same reason, and with the same caveat

I don't believe any of this but something for you guys to chew on.
Again. Possible spoilers if any of it is true.

• The villians are Lex Luthor and Metallo
Batman forms a UN type deal to stop Superman from destroying another city
• Aquaman is in it, but not called Aquaman. He’s there because the world engine in the ocean did something to the fish
• Wonderwoman poses as a Wayne Enterprises investor to retrieve an item that belongs to her people.
• Lex Luthor is in the shadows a lot, a manipulator. Not much face time with Superman.
• Robin betrayed Batman at some point, leading to a falling out between them
• The Batcave was super cool looking, and the mobile looked similar to Burton’s
• Lois is investigating Lex.
• Metallo “kills” Clark
• The Daily Planet is bought by Lex Luthor for PR purposes
• At the end Superman is living in exile, and the Justice League is an government approved superhero team.

"The batmobile looks like totally awesome" is a great plot point to build a franchise on

Sounds like a terrible *Superman* movie.

Sounds like way too much going on. They really would have been better off with Batman/Superman and throwing in a little bit to build up to Justice League.

These are the two villains they should have gone with in the first one. Metallo for the muscles and Luthor for the brains. Once you establish Zod and the fact that this Superman has no connections to Metropolis (might as well have been a nameless city they were destroying), then yeah I can understand not going with Luthor, but they should have saved leveling the city for the second film. Instead, they tried to make it as opposite of Superman Returns and the Donner series as possible, and thus they and most of the fans didn't even play with the idea.

At least it doesn't sound as bad as the first one.

Well, I like Superman going into some sort of exile in the end, but absolute no to the Justice League being a government approved team. That's the Suicide Squad.

Not only no.
Not only frick no.
Not only hell fricking no.
But Jesus Christ hell fricking no to that script.
I refuse to believe a professional movie studio that makes billions annually is dumb enough to green light bullshite like that.

I didn't click the link, so don't know if there are more details that I am missing out on, but the bullet points listed make this seem like a solid flick to me
