the allegations are that he worked with the law makers. As well as his other activities within Uganda doing damage as well.

And i don't think my opinion on it really sways Ugandans. Probably because I am not actively trying to.

What we really need is the initial complain.

The law makers made it illegal.
At worst he was a lobbyist, and that is legal here, in the US, maybe if it is not a popular law. Maybe we need, looks like we may have, a no lobbying for unpopular laws, law.
