I have no idea what vlookup is. I'm assuming that's got something to do with a database.

vlookup would allow you to populate data in a table based on associations and values in another. Sounds like what you need but not entirely clear

Vlookups allow you to move data from one place to another using a unique identifier..your Alumni ID in this case.

That's in Excel though, not sure how it works in Access

I could do it in a second in excel if you really need help now
