I agree, it's not time to jump ship.
Unfortunately, expectations were simply too high (with good reason).
But, some of the pieces are still there. Those pieces just need to play better.
Also, CJJ needs to do a better job. I would say his coaching and JOB's play are the 2 biggest culprits this year so far.

They have 7 healthy scholarship players plus a couple of walk-ons, though they get very few minutes.
