I work from home about half the time. I would like to work at home more. Don't care for the office at all

My best recommendation is treat your home office like your are going to work- set yourself work hours, breaks and lunch-

I work hard early in the day and get done early-

It is flat amazing how much work you can get done when you don't have office people interrupting you all day long

I have 150 people under me and manage most of it via email through my 15 direct reports. It is great

I work from home and am on road doing inspections if I am not at home. They like to see me in the office very now and then so I go in on e every couple of weeks.

Wake up, shower and get dressed like you are going into the office. I tend to start work very early and have a lot done before most people get into the office.

I like it when I visit the office and do miss the interaction but considering round trip to the office is 3 hrs I am glad I do t have to make that drive more often. Although I spent 7 hrs in my car Tuesday. When we are busy I can put in a lot of windshield time.
