He is a better recruiter than an on the field coach. There were rumors that He and Gus had differences in philosophies in 2011 and that is why Gus did not retain him last year. My guess he fits CC style more than Gus's.

Good luck. You may think you're getting an upgrade, but just wait until you roll in the recruits and they don't pan out. Get ready for false starts, too.
