Thayer isn't the point is it. You have very little choice but to down play him, and the blog site SportsByBrooks, and any other site like TD that brought this story to light. If the NCAA would have proven any of those allegations Auburn would be what?, tied with SMU for most NCAA infractions.

Could you possibly post any information.

This story BTW was well discussed here before any national news picked it up. It is fact the NCAA spent a few days in Thibodaux talking to his family and HS coach.

Your entire defense of Trooper seems to be, Look whats that in the sky?

The fact that you still believe there were any "facts" to be proven from the internet rumors is pretty hilarious. Unless Auburn is really a wizardry school, the NCAA would have found some crumb of truth to the message board stories.

Why do you think the NCAA felt the need to announce Auburn's innocence rather than just end the investigation like they have done with every single other investigation they have ever conducted? You know the answer -- it's because morons still think Auburn was dirty because they read it on the internet.

Are you a French model?

You really believe this, don't you? You were one of the reasons SBB got so big, aren't you? You're a delusional old Louisiana redneck, aren't you?

NCAA must be the most incompetent organization in the nation if they could spend an entire year in Auburn investigating Cam and let Trooper get away with all this while right in front of them under the most scrutiny ever

delusional old frick

Given Auburn's track record it's certainly possible.
What I believe is Greg Robinson or someone using his Facebook posted pictures of him with cash and phones bragging on his haul the next day after one of his 6 unofficial visits.
His Grandmother gave an interview stating Trooper was a liar.
The Ten Minute Oil change man did give several recruiting parties.
He also drove Robinson to AU several times.

What the NCAA was able to prove may have been the reason it went away. They are not law enforcement.
If people don't cooperate they have no choice but stop the investigation.

Is amazes me that you Auburn fans have only 3 defenses.
1 Well LSU does it too.
2 Laugh and accuse people of believe false news reports.
3.It couldn't have happened because the NCAA didn't do anything.

The OP was about Trooper. I think his difficulty getting a job at another major school points to more than me believing his is a scumbag.

It wasn't chance his biggest success was a Auburn.
The SEC's most penalized school.

and this one. Again just using your standards. and by your standards your coach is far more dirty then trooper. So you will admit this as well, correct? Just gauging the value you place on your proof of trooper being as dirty as you say and in regards to GR especially. you cant have it both ways.

How is this thread still going? It turned into a 2010 hate fest? Shocking. Move on, folks.

If you haven't picked up on the fact that he's not referring to actual cheating but Thayer Evans' accusations, that's your fault.

You seem obtuse.

It's easy to have a good natured back and forth about cheating, but if you genuinely use Thayer Evans as a source and then get pissed when called out on it, that's no ones fault but your own.

funny how Auburn never got probation, huh?

That is still one of the mysteries of the ages...but then, Bama has skirted the issue too.
