So 29,000 of the over 254 million vehicles in the United States needed an upgrade and a part mailed out.

I'm not the one that labeled it a recall. NHTSA did that. Complain to them

Because apparently, Teslas suck and are dangerous fire hazards and we should stick with cars that run on good ol' gasoline!!1
