This would be far more interesting had you actually have gotten pepper sprayed.
As it stands now, it just some grumpy old man getting mad at another grumpy old man because the second grumpy old man didn't feel as if the leash laws applied to his dog.

Not everyone thinks your dog is cute and the best thing to ever happen on the face of this earth. There are leash laws for a reason. People that think it's ok to let their dog off of a leash in public are trashy and inconsiderate. I bet you let your dog shite and piss everywhere and think that everyone just has to accept it, right? Think about it, you're walking along on the beach on a peaceful day, you're barefoot and care free.
