I thought GW3 was an early enrollee ?

Sorry if this has been discussed, I tried search and came up with no results.
I was looking at Floridas commit list on 247 and they have 9 recruits listed as enrollees, he is still listed as a commit. I thought all along he was an early enrollee. Did this recently change? I knew he had to get his ACT score up, did that not happen? Or is he having second thoughts about his decision ?

Florida just got a commitment from a highly ranked recruit flipped from Penn State. Maybe this will help sway him to LSU?

He took act in Dec and only needed a point higher to qualify. Not sure if he got results yet. Maybe 504Soulja will chime in on the discussion.
