USC is no longer a school without academic creds. I still hate the school, and I think anybody, athlete or scholar, that chooses to go to USC has made a very poor life's decision,but you have to give them props for the academic strides they have made in 20 years. Still, they are not UCLA, CAL, or STANFORD.

Between 2002 and 2011, UCLA was ranked 17th according to Rivals out of all FBS schools. Their worst recruiting class was in the 40's.

They've recruited well and are ranked ahead of Oregon during that period. They have the worst record during that time of any school ranked in the top 20.

I'm not knocking UCLA, I'm saying it's easy to recruit there and now with a competent staff UCLA is a sleeping giant.

I feel the same about gutty little bruins.

You are actually correct. We are not those three schools.

Expect us to pass the UC schools in the coming decade.

Stanford is Stanford.
