Charleston is super clean and compared to New Orleans it feels like Disneyland. That's a good and bad thing methinks. For all it has vs. N.O. in cleanliness it loses in liveliness. I'm in the New Orleans camp. Plus no Mardi Gras = clincher.

Never been to Charleston therefore New Orleans wins
