Depends on the qualifications of the Behavioral Specialist. This could potentially be "Medical Expenses" but then you have to reach a threshold amount based on total income before it becomes deductible. You will need to check with a CPA on this one likely.
Fair warning, with the whole Obamacare mess you can expect our friends at the IRS to be looking real hard at medical deductions.
