Without question #1 on this list has to be Ryan Clark

Clark started 36 consecutive games for the LSU Tigers football team. In 2000, he was selected to the All-SEC second team by the league's coaches. Clark ranked third on the Tigers in 2001 with 88 tackles, including 63 solo, and also intercepted three passes. He recorded five tackles, including a 13-yard sack, in the Sugar Bowl and was LSU's Special Teams Player of the Year in 1998.

deviating from the OP a little, here are some underrated seasons (not necessarily careers, but a yr where a guy played better than expected/ given credit for)

Josh D in 2012 (as a LT)
Chris Faulk 2011
Drake in 09 (almost the same stats as 2010, but with no accolades)
K Pittman in 07
T-Bob in 2010 (srsly, dude was a better G than C)
Ryan Baker in 2010
TToliver in 09 (really caught the ball well that yr until we got to the Cap One, though he had a big catch late)
