Took me 14 hours wth help on a small basic one from SAMs.

We have the big one from Sam's (Skyfort II). I think it took my husband about 18 hours total to build it. He worked on it around 8 hours one weekend and then several days for an hour or so after work. He's pretty good with tools and building stuff, but every damned screw had like three parts to it and there are a lot of little steps you have to do.

Tips:
--lay out all the pieces and label them before you start. This will also make sure nothing is missing or damaged before you get started. We were missing two pieces, but we called the company and they Fed Exed them to us quickly.
--have one person put together all those 3-part screw/bolt combinations and hand them to you as you're working.
