Well if they want the number to go down, tell the little gang bangers to quit acting up and follow the rules. If the black kids are the ones violating the policy more than other races, look at them and find the root of that problem. Anyone see the 2 year old diaper wearing thug video, think that kind of upbringing has something to do with it. Address the real problem with the black kids and quit making it into a white vs black thing.
