How does the OT pronounce "oil"?

Oy-el, but fast enough that it sounds like one syllable. (I guess kind of like your A, but I'm not sure why you have an "e" at the end.)

Definitely A. The best way for anyone to hear my NY accent is for me to say something with an "oi/oy" diphthong in it. I sound really funny saying, "The boys enjoyed playing with the noisy toys."
