Two things to try:
Wash and dry, but put shoes or dryer balls in with it. Should beat it up some
Get it wet (like really wet) and wear it out in the sun to dry. Should conform to your body shape

This. Put it in the dryer on the "air" setting with dryer/tennis balls.
