Of course out fans have no problem with faking an injury to slow down an uptempo offense because LSU doesn't run an uptempo offense.
Let Miles adapt that type of offense and watch how quickly they change their opinion on defenses using that tactic

I have viewed this uptempo fast paced offense style for a while now and it started with the 2minute in pro ball. It is all supposed to catch the d out of position or not ready. I do not think that hurrying to the line and not allowing folks to be set is poor sportsmanship at the very least.
They have penalties for the o for not being set for a reason. This hurry up is like down set fire and all within seconds. I think it is a burden of refs to determine if the offense has actually become set after both teams get to the right side of the line of scrimmage.
