Tonin wasn't doing the chainsaw work, there was a big fat white guy in a butcher apron doing that.

Picker told the guy on the phone he got the money, killed Tonin, and he had to kill "the chainsaw guy, too" and apologized for the extra body.

Seems like Tonin Junior really was a frick up and basically destroyed his father's operation, hence why he owed the Canadians millions of dollars and was trying to rip of Boyd and Duffy to get their money.

I guess in the end...

Quarles was right about him.

I realize the other guy was actually doing the chainsawing, but the fact that he was there overseeing it and seemingly into/enjoying it seems to go against how they setup his character. Why didn't he just have Picker do it/oversee it? It was also a bit of a change in Picker's character having him go from the loyal "company man" from last season, to someone willing to take out the boss of the whole organization.

I guess I can see them being desperate enough to cause the change in their characters because of the organization being run in the ground, but even Tonin Junior running a multi-million dollar criminal organization into the ground in only few months seems somewhat of a stretch.

Like I said, it was just a small gripe I had.

I'm not even going to get into my confusion as to why the Dixie Mafia is based out of Detroit. Seems like they should go ahead and change their name if that is the case.
