HA, nah i have never played or watched a game of football. ah Sometimes i wish some of you knew who i was.

effective use of tight end = lethal offense
look at teams that use the tight end in passing attack, even if to take something away from the defense, and enable more one on one match-ups

Seems like the TE hasn't been utilized at Lsu since like the 90's.

Les doesn't like throws in the middle of the field since LEE 08. We did it often under Crowton. Also, Jefferson and Zach did not go through their progressions to hit the TE as the 3rd option. If it wasn't called, it wasn't an option. Les doesn't like it and the last two tall release QB's could not do it efectively. We really didn't use the backs down the middle either, which is very effective against Saban's scheme. This year we didn't need it, but it is always a good option.
